However, with a digital money system centralized by the government, it’s child’s play to track individuals at the point of purchase. The CBDC is the last step in the total surveillance state, establishing the equivalence with cash. Central banks will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of Central Bank liability. The technology to enforce that makes a huge difference with respect to what cash is. The author shares a story about giving money to Canadian truckers for legal defense and stuff like that, but there was an uproar about it. Another site called Gibson to go raised $9 million in two days, but the government of Canada and Trudeau isn’t smart enough to do everything the author is talking about.
